What is your policy on refunds and cancellations?
Customized Product Restriction: Once a physical branding order (such as an X-banner or branded diary) has entered the printing or embroidery stage, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Digital Service Cancellations: Hosting services managed via aaPanel or WHMCS can be cancelled according to your specific service tier, but once-off development fees remain non-refundable once the project has commenced.
Defective Items: If there is a manufacturing defect with your corporate apparel or signage, notify our Marshalltown team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement assessment.
Are there any hidden costs?
Clear Pricing: The price quoted in your “Business Pro” or “Ultimate E-Commerce” package is what you pay.
Delivery Fees: Shipping for physical goods across South Africa is calculated separately based on the volume of your order and your distance from our Johannesburg office.
Invoicing: A formal tax invoice is automatically generated for every order to ensure your business records are compliant.
Do you offer credit terms?
